Bayer, Rüdiger 01/23/1964

Rüdiger Bayer was born in Herne, Germany in 1964. He published many sound storage media in the course of an artist's contractwith WEA (warner Time, Hamburg). At the moment he is the general manager of an educational institution and founded Apassionata Records & Publishing in 2008.
