Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart : Church Sonata No. 7 in F Major (arrangement for solo organ)
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Church Sonata No. 7 in F major is characterized by a clear division into contrasting sections, in which fast and slow passages are juxtaposed without a pronounced motivic development process taking center stage. It is also noteworthy that the organ part, on the one hand, assumes a supporting harmonic function, but on the other hand enters into a dialogue with the strings, creating a balanced overall sound with a chamber music character.
