Stefan Immler's musical career began during his childhood with the recorder and the piano. In his youth he learned to play the violin, viola and organ. He studied piano and school music in Graz, Austria and Munich, Germany. After his legal clerkship in Munich he taught in Pfaffenhofen (Ilm) and since 1997 he has been working as a music teacher in Friedberg near Augsburg. During his studies he was active as a piano accompanist for singers and violinists. He attended song accompaniment courses with Peter Schreier, piano courses with Bruno Canino, Leonard Hokanson and Jürgen Uhde and studied conducting with Rolf Reuter. For several years he conducted several choirs in Munich and Kissing.
In addition to his pianistic, pedagogical and conducting activities, Stefan Immler composed several works: In 2002 he wrote the musical "Liebe auf Uhrwegen" (Love on Clockways), in 2017 the ''Friedberger Christmas Carol'' and in 2018 the ''Friedberger Schlosslied'' (Friedberg Palace Song). Stefan Immler has been conducting the ''Friedberger Kammerorchester'' (Chamber Orchestra) since October 2018.
