Löschhorn, Carl Albert 06/27/1819 - 06/04/1905

Löschhorn was a German composer, pianist and piano teacher in Berlin. As of 1837, he received
piano lessons from Ludwig Berger and after Berger´s death studied at the Royal Institute for Sacred Music composition and piano. In 1851, he became the first piano teacher at the institute. In 1858, he was appointed professor.
