Steinherr, Wolfgang 10/06/1959

I was born in Munich in 1959 and went to school in Nuremberg, Germany. Completed my general qualifications for university entrance (Abitur) , performed military service, and then studied law in Erlangen and Nuremberg. Passed my second State examination in law during 1989 and then worked in various management positions at the Federal Employment Agency to date.
I received a solid piano education in Nuremberg, was a part-time organist, learned trombone in a Nuremberg trombone choir and began to write pieces for the trombone choir; at first mostly choral preludes to various songs of the liturgical year.
Since 1997, my wife and I have been living in Berlin, where she works as a music teacher and leads several childrens' choirs in our church. For these choirs, I "work" as a piano accompanist, arranger, composer and "Amplifier Technology Roadie".
As a composer and arranger, I remained self-taught. My goal is to write music for practical experience and also to bring together the different church music groups.
