I was born in 1961 and came into contact with music at an early age, especially through my mother who comes from Egerland. I sang in a local children's choir and played the recorder. I learned to play the tuba at the age of 11 and the double bass at 15. For many years I have participated in various non-professional orchestras and choirs of the New Apostolic Church, including the ''Concert Choir South Hesse'' (Konzertchor Suedhessen). Have attended several seminars for choir conductors, learned a lot about music theory and enjoyed composing my own songs.
