I am a physicist and was born in the mountain village of Mürren in the Bernese Oberland. In my job as an independent consultant I deal with environmental technology projects, my true passion; however, are the mountains and “classical” music (which, for me, includes anything from Bach to Brubeck).
Even as a child, I preferred tinkling away on my mum’s piano to practicing the violin. Of course, none of my early inventions has ever been recorded. This has changed with the advent of digital notation software (samples of my work can be found on YouTube).
Finally, let me add that I’m a granddad and that my grandparents like tinkling away on the piano, too.
