Having enjoyed an excellent education in musical theory as a student, I began composing music around 1985. Since 1990, I’ve received an increasing number of commissions, so composing music has become my main activity besides teaching.
I’ve composed musical works in a number of fields, including musical theater, concert band and orchestra music, oratorio, chamber music, piano music, stage music, etc.
I would characterize my style as multifaceted, with a penchant for rhythmic finesse.
