Boger, Helmut 11/17/1923 - 07/13/1943

Helmut Boger was a talented pianist and organist in Stuttgart-Uhlbach. Initially exempted from military service for health reasons, he was eventually conscripted into the Wehrmacht in the summer of 1942 and fell on July 13, 1943, in Nordlappland, now part of Russia. In his estate were numerous handwritten musical scores and songs that he composed between approximately 1939 and his time in the Wehrmacht - much of it incomplete
