According to the composer: "there is no such thing as atonality - as long as you work with fixed tone pitch. I would rather be inclined to think that tonality is inherent in the structure of tones, whether we want it or not. In other words, we are dealing with a law of nature." Sonata da camera for double bass and piano is composed for Pontus Grans in 2017. The work is divided in four movements: Lento, Presto, Andante Moderato, Allegro.
