How to take a screenshot depends on device type and operating system. Depending on whether you are using a Windows computer, MacBook, tablet, iPhone, Android phone etc. you will need to proceed differently.
On YouTube we found a very large number of videos showing how to take screenshots. If you are unsure, take a look at one which is suitable for you. Here are links to two videos "Create screenshot" on Windows 11 and iPhone 14:
Once you have taken the screenshot proceed as follows: Paste the screenshot from the clipboard into an eMail. Or go to the "Pictures" folder on your device and then to the "Screenshots" subfolder. The screenshot you need will be in there. On a Mac you will find the screenshot on your desktop. Send it to us as an attachment to an eMail.
