Antonio Jiménez Manjón was born in 1866 in Villacarillo (Andalusia) and died on 03/01/1919 in Buenos Aires. The blind Spanish guitarist, teacher and composer, went already to Paris at a young age. He concentrated on being a guitarist in several European countries.
In 1893 he went to South America. After some years he returned to Spain and became a professor at the Urban Conservatorium in Barcelona. During a concert tour in 1919 he died in Buenos Aires, South America.
