Nicola Valente (Naples, Italy, August 28, 1881 – Naples, September 16, 1946) was an Italian musician. He was the son of Vicenzo Valente and like his father the originator of numerous compositions including Brinneso (1922) in cooperation with Libero Bovio. Together with Libero Bovio, Gaetano Lama and Ernesto Tagliaferri, he founded the ''La Bottega die 4'' publishing association.
