Born 1982 in Niederösterreich, Austria, he founded his own youth theatre group at an early age in his hometown of Pottenstein, which he directed from 1996 to 2011. He has worked with children and adolescents in music and acting and is the author and composer of numerous musicals for children, adolescents and adults.
From 2003 to 2016 he studied music education at the ''University of Music and Performing Arts'' in Vienna (vocals with Brigitte Stradiot, piano with Michael Lipp and Helmuth Luksch, composition with Wolfram Wagner) as well as teaching German at the University of Vienna.
