Westlake, Frederick 02/25/1840 - 02/12/1898

Frederick Westlake (b. February 25, 1840 in Romsey, Hampshire; † February 12, 1898 in London) was an English pianist and composer. He studied piano and harmony at the Royal Academy of Music In 1862 he was appointed to the faculty as a piano teacher.

Westlake wrote several masses, hymns, piano pieces, and a collection of vocal literature.
