born 1949 in Dortmund. Studies (Catholic church music, organ, musicology, Latin, Medieval Latin) at the University of Music and the University of Cologne. Dissertation on the sacred choral music of Lemachers Heinrich (1891-1966). Interpretation courses with Michael Schneider, Jon Laukvik, Gaston Litaize, and Luba Schischchanova.
