Gesell, Ferdinand 09/15/1938

Born in 1938 in Radebeul near Dresden, studied electrical engineering. As a layman, I was always an active musician, initially with the transverse flute. The circle of community music-making was greatly expanded when I was introduced to the world of the recorder by my own children. I would like to thank all the teachers who dedicate themselves to us amateurs. The many encounters have left their mark. Due to the circumstances of life, I also became active in brass music and chorale singing. Late love: Dulcian and baroque bassoon. Making music together has blessed me with encounters with friendly people.
