Born in Caracas, Venezuela 1956.

I am a composer, performer, video artist, educator and lecturer. I play piano, English concertina, self-made instruments, toys, found objects and electronic and virtual instruments.

I have composed and realized works for symphony orchestra, symphony band, a childrens opera, concertos, chamber music, solo piano music, songs, choral works, incidental music for dance, films and TV documentaries, electronic and experimental music, sound poetry and works for voluntary audience participation and video art (visuals and sound).

My artistic processes include digitally synthesizing and manipulating sounds and images with a variety of open source and freeware resources.

I have won 19 composition prizes in my country and 4 Internationally.

Currently residing in Caracas, Venezuela.
