Luigi Manzi, anche noto come Luigi Mancia (1660 circa - post 1708), è stato un compositore e cantante italiano
Nothing is known about his early years or his musical training. The year of his birth, 1658, is derived from an attestation of his father Domenico Manza, recently discovered by Marco Bizzarini. In 1687, together with the singer Ferdinando Chiaravalle, he entered the court of the Elector Ernst August of Hanover, patron and lover of the arts, where he wrote his first known composition, the opera ''Paride in Ida'' The work was conducted in the court theater by Kapellmeister Agostino Steffani. Returning to Italy, he was active in Rome between 1695 and 1696, where he staged three of his dramas. The following year he returned to Hanover for the performance of one of his operatic works. In the summer season and in October he was in Berlin, where he sang with Chiaravalle, Attilio Ariosti, Francesco Antonio Mamiliano Pistocchi and Valentino Urbani in the service of the Electress Sofia Carlotta (daughter of the Elector Ernst August and wife of the later Prussian King Frederick I).
