Henri Letocart (* February 6, 1866 in Courbevoie; † 1945 in Paris) was a French organist, composer and important advocate of the renewal of liturgical singing in his home country.
Henri Letocart studied from 1879 to 1885 at the ''École Niedermeyer'', founded in 1865 by Louis Niedermeyer, under Eugène Gigout, after which he attended the ''Paris Conservatoire'', where César Franck was his organ teacher and Ernest Guiraud his composition teacher. He then succeeded Léon Boëllmann as organist at the choir organ of the ''Saint-Vincent-de-Paul'' church in Paris.
From 1900 Letocart was organist at the newly built Charles-Mutin organ and from 1920 to 1933 he was Kapellmeister at the church of ''Saint-Pierre de Neuilly''. Letocart composed works for the organ and harmonium. A collection of pieces was published under the title ''La lyre catholique''. The Meditation from 1910 remains well known. His most important pupil was André Fleury.
