Pierre Sandrin (c.1490–after 1561) was a French composer active during the early 16th century. He served as a singer at the French royal court and later worked in Milan. His music blends French clarity with Italian expressiveness, bridging the chanson and madrigal traditions. Doulce Mémoire remains his most recognized work, widely adapted across vocal and instrumental settings.
