Stefan Schlesier was born in 1985 in Leisnig, Saxony, Germany. He began his musical education in the area of church music in the parish of Waldheim. Since then piano lessons, flute circle, brass ensemble, chamber choir and youth choir belong to his leisure hours.
He also had two years of voice lessons at the Mittweida music school. Seized by the enthusiasm of the Waldheim church musician he has been studying some old instruments (cornemuse, cornett, etc.) for the past year.
In 2004 he graduated from high school and studied machine building, subsequently switching to computers. On the side he studied to be a church musician substitute.
