This is a lovely, cool, easy-swing chart that explores linear material as written for and recorded by the North Texas One O'clock Lab Band (Lab 2013). Flute and bass clarinet doubles are required, and the drummer is featured throughout with brushes. This piece has the feel of a theme and variations, and contains very rich harmonies and voicings. 5-4-4-4
