Thomas, Chris: Horizon West

Imagine the open prairie, and wagons venturing westward under the vast blue sky. This is the world of Horizon West. Written in the style of an old, western waltz, it is a flowing, cinematic work celebrating the Americana sound. It features an optional violin solo, simple fingerings, and melody in all sections. Though it will give young orchestras a mature sound, the optional guitar part will help enhance the western mood.
