Curnow, Bob: Keepin' It Cool

This Bob Curnow arrangement was commissioned by Lawrence University for the 2018 Fred Sturm Jazz Celebration Weekend. It has a light and airy swing feel until the full ensemble starts to roar at the key change later in the piece. This is a very playable piece with solo space for alto saxophone, piano and drums, and has comfortable brass ranges making it an ideal selection for any band. 5-4-4-4
