Carter, Benny: Trot

Swing

Anyone familiar with Benny Carter's music knows what to expect ....... the highest quality, lovely melodies or swinging tunes that lift you out of your seat. This piece is a part of the CD "The Legend," as recorded by the Count Basie Orchestra. It is a bright, swinging, happy chart with solo space for tenor saxophone, trumpet, trombone, piano and bass. It makes a great "opener." This is the way to wake up your band and your audiences. 5-4-4-4
