Do we breathe correctly? Do we breathe too high – meaning one-sided and insufficient chest breathing or misguided abdominal breathing – due to everyday stress or an incorrect teaching method? Breathing is an autonomous function, yet can also be influenced consciously and deliberately. 'Die Atemschule' enables everybody to recognize one's individual faults of breathing and find out what has to be done to achieve a mental and physical balance and a higher performance capacity through correct diaphragmatic breathing, i.e. breathing in the middle.
