Children's Lied 2

Repertoire for young singers and pianists

Children's Lied 2 is a collection of repertoire for young singers and pianists with songs from a wide range of countries and cultures. There are songs in eight languages, all of them with sung English translations. Text interpretation and storytelling, social and musical interaction skills together with instrument and performance skills are activated when children themselves take the active role in devising interpretations. A thorough pedagogical introduction and a large collection of downloadable versions of the songs in various keys make this collection a valuable tool for all educators willing to open the door to the world of Lied for kids and teens.
