Cooper, Jack: Easy Way Out (Score)

Paying tribute to the iconic Count Basie Orchestra, this very easy chart is written in the classic Neal Hefti style of “Li’l Darlin’” and “Pensive Mist”. There is plenty of ensemble work and exceptional sample solos for Tenor Saxophone, Trumpet or Trombone are included. The demonstration recording is as an excellent model for phrasing and style.
