For the first time, the life and artistic thought of Oscar Ghiglia, the great artist and maestro recently deceased, recounted by himself in a lengthy interview with Antonin Vercellino. The copious interview material (several hours of recording) was subsequently organized into short “chapters” until reaching the present version, approved by Ghiglia. A fundamental document for understanding the history of the guitar of the last century through the memoirs of one of its protagonists.
