chorissimo! red offers a diverse selection of around 40 songs and arrangements for classroom singing from grade 5 onward. Canons and warm-ups to get started, well-known pop songs (“Major Tom,” “Ein Kompliment”), standards (“Barbara Ann,” “Über den Wolken”), and new compositions – there’s so much to discover and try out! The pieces can be immediately performed in unison with piano accompaniment, or expanded with ostinatos, body percussion, as well as upper and lower voices. The flexibility of these songs makes them ideal for music class, offering an easy and accessible introduction to multi-part singing.
